Return Policy

Need to make a return or exchange?  Contact us at returns@messeca.net so we can generate a return authorization number that you will need to reference in order for your return to be processed at our facility.  Returns without an authorization will not be accepted.  

All returns and exchanges must be of pristine, unworn merchandise and accompanied by the original shoe box, otherwise we may not accept your return request.  Please note that any return or exchange will only be valid up to 14 days from the date of delivery.  

Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase after the merchandise has been received at our facility. 

Any item marked as 'final sale' will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
